This is Kris. In February he weighed over 225 lbs and 33% body fat. His goal was 12 % bf and to march with the 300 Spartans at Dragoncon. He is now 178 and 12 % bf and got to wear the crimson. A war cry like cheer for a fantastic job :)

Justin has been pushing himself hard, working out and eating a ketogenic diet! He's dropped from 295lbs to 255lbs and is going to keep going. Congratulations are definitely in order! Always great to support one of our own as he continues his fitness journey!
